Contact with your Nurse
The nurses set aside 8.30 - 9.30am and 3 - 4pm daily to take calls from their patients and provide results and ongoing instructions after speaking with your doctor. Outside of these hours you can request to be put through to voicemail and leave a message and your nurse will call you back between 8.30 - 9.30am or 3 - 4pm that same day. If your call is urgent or you have a specific concern, you can also contact your Fertility Specialist.
