Paula Hatchman, Fertility Nurse Specialist
Paula Hatchman joined the team at Fertility Solutions Sunshine Coast after 3 years working as fertility nurse coordinator for Queensland Fertility Group Toowoomba.
Prior to QFG Paula's expertise lay with midwifery, gynaecological surgical nursing, phlebotomy and private practice nursing specializing in health care plans, diabetes and travel medicine. When Paula joined the QFG team in 2003 she was instantly aware that she had found her niche. Her role in Toowoomba was very demanding as the clinic with just one specialist covered a broad expanse from central NSW to the QLD border to central QLD. Even though demanding, Paula thrived on it finding it truly rewarding.
In July 2009 Paula, her husband George and their 3 daughters made the choice to move towards their long time dream - the sea change. The position offered to her as nurse coordinator at Fertility Solutions Sunshine Coast was the perfect outcome. Paula feels very much at home at Fertility Solutions, and thanks everyone in the team, as well as the numerous couples that she is gradually getting to know, for trusting in her to continue the exceptional work given by the FSSC team.
